The Richest Man In Babylon

My dad challenged me to read a book that teaches principles he has lived by his whole life. I took his challenge and just finished, "The Richest Man In Babylon". It is a great read. The book discusses personal finance and wealth. These are the highlights I took away from the book:

1. Save at least one tenth of all you earn (spend less than you earn)

2. Pay yourself first

3. Seek good advice and invest your money with experts, not first timers

4. Make your money work for you

5. Control expenditures - budget

6. Own your own home
